Using GIFs
Using GIFs is the norm in marketing emails, websites, blog posts and social media. For a short period, I worked for an e-commerce fashion brand in New Delhi called ANOMALY, where I was managing the digital content of the brand. I was mainly assisting them in migrating their website content to Shopify. They were originally using Magento as their CMS but are now moving to Shopify. I was able to work with the developer and assist in migrating over 200 products to the new CMS.
Along with that, I was also managing the social media content. I had created a mockup of the Instagram page and scheduled posts once they were approved by the creative director. I had also created a GIF of one of their products as an example that could be potentially used in a marketing email or a social post.
Following ANOMALY’s minimalist aesthetic, here’s what I had created:
